All prices subject to 13% tax and are subject to change without notice. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the cottages or porches. Failure to abide by the no smoking rules will result in a charge of $150/-.
Check-in
Check-in is after 3 p.m. Guests arriving early are welcome to use the outdoor facilities but accommodations will be available after 3 p.m.
Check-out
Check-out is by 10 a.m. or an additional charge of a day may apply.
Max occupancy policy
The pricing is based on the listed occupancy of each cottage. Each cottage indicated with an * can accommodate additional guests on the pull out couch for a cost of $15/- per person per night. Day guests are not allowed.
Deposit policy
Full payment for reservations made 30 days or less in advance. Otherwise, 25% deposit on reservation and balance prior to check-in.
Cancellation policy
Please note that no cancellations allowed in the months of July and August. For other months, deposits will be refunded provided we receive at least 30 days notice prior to check-in. An administration fee of $35 will be applied. Cancellations must be made by email and acknowledged by Tall Pines Cottages. Reservations are non-cancellable 30 days or less before check-in and full rental amount will be charged.
